New Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning says he's joined the team to win now, not later.

Peyton Manning returned to Knoxville this week to help out with a couple charity events.

Manning played in the East Tennessee Children's Hospital Monday afternoon. With his help, they raised $100,000. That money will be split between the hospital and Manning's Peyback Foundation.

Manning also opened up about his training with the Broncos and said his rehab is going well. He said he is using every chance he gets to workout and build a relationship with his new teammates, including playing golf during their free time.

Manning joked that he hopes Big Orange Country will root for Denver this season since they have four former Vols on the team. He said this is the most Vols he's played with since leaving UT.

Manning will spend the rest of the week in Knoxville. On Tuesday he will shoot a commercial for Tennova. Manning said he will also stop by UT and workout with the Vols.
