There are new teams at the top and bottom of the NFL pack with just three weeks left to play in the regular season.
After a 42-14 stomping of the Houston Texans, the New England Patriots replaced them at the top of the latest USA TODAY Sports NFL Power Rankings.
Suffering
the fourth worst shutout in the NFL since 1940 didn't do the Arizona
Cardinals any favors, as the Birds sunk four spots to the 32nd and final
slot on the list.
The Seahawks, Browns and Panthers were the
biggest risers, each moving up four spots from last week, while the
Steelers, Dolphins, Bills and Lions dropped that many spots after Week
14 losses.
The NFL Power Rankings are voted on by editors and writers from USA TODAY Sports' NFL desk.
