The Lady Vols softball team is on their way to the World Series.
The team loaded up a bus Tuesday morning at Lee Stadium, bound for the airport and Oklahoma City.
The ladies say they are excited to play in their first game on Thursday, and are hoping to go all the way.
They will play Alabama, another top-ranked SEC squad on Thursday at 7 pm.
This is the 5th time in history that the Lady Vols have played in the World Series, and they've gone twice in the last three years.
