Butch Jones and Vols coaches take ice bucket challenge

Butch Jones and his coaching staff took the ice bucket challenge on Saturday at Neyland Stadium to raise awareness for ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease.

Jones dared Jon Gruden to take the challenge saying he had to do it on national TV wearing all orange. Jones also challenged Peyton Manning calling him the "all-time greatest, best quarterback in the National Football League." He also challenged Vols basketball coach Donnie Tyndall, but the WBIR Sports team already challenged him on Friday.

Here's a list of who each Vols assistant challenged:

Mike Bajakian (offensive coordinator/QB coach)- Heath Shuler (former Vols and NFL QB)

John Jancek (defensive coordinator)- Bill Bates (former Vols and NFL linebacker and father of current Vol Dillon Bates)

Steve Stripling (defensive line coach)- Reggie McKenzie (former Vol, Raiders GM, father of Vol commit Kahlil McKenzie)

Zach Azzanni (wide receivers coach)- Cordarelle Patterson (former Vol, Vikings WR)

Don Mahoney (offensive line coach)- Ja'Wuan James (former Vol, Miami Dolphins right tackle)

Robert Gillespie (running backs coach)- Jamal Lewis (former Vol and NFL RB) and Rajion Neal (former Vol, Packers RB)

Tommy Thigpen (linebackers coach)- Al Wilson (former Vols and Broncos LB)

Mark Elder (tight ends/special teams coach)- Jason Witten (former Vol, Cowboys TE)

Dave Lawson (strength and conditioning)- Ben Bartholomew (former Vols linebacker/fullback)
