Former Tennessee right tackle Ja'Wuan James signed his rookie contract with the Miami Dolphins on Thursday.
Miami selected James with the 19th overall pick of the 2014 NFL Draft. Like all rookies, James' contract is a four-year deal with a team option for a fifth season.
Salary terms were not released but NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says every dollar of James' deal is guaranteed, a first for a 19th overall pick.
James started at right tackle for four seasons with the Vols, breaking the school record for starts by an offensive lineman with 49. The Georgia native received All-SEC and honorable mention All-America honors his senior season at Tennessee.
