(WBIR- UT Campus) About 60,000 season tickets have been sold for the upcoming University of Tennessee football season, said Jimmy Stanton, UT's senior associate athletics director for communications.
That's about 2,000 more than last year, and this is the first increase UT has seen in season ticket sales since 2005, he said.

Single-game ticket sales for the big-seller games like Florida and Alabama are sold in three game packs. Stanton said those don't go on sale until later this month.
The Vols kick off the season at Neyland Stadium Aug. 31 against Utah State. The first two games of the year are at home.
