Former Vol Andy Kelly has been announced as a finalist for the Arena Football Hall of Fame.
Kelly started for three years at Tennessee from 1988 to 1991 and led the Vols to back-to-back SEC Championships in 1989 and 1990.
When he left Tennessee, he had a 24-5-2 record as a starter and was named Most Outstanding Player of the 1991 Sugar Bowl.
He left UT holding career records in total offence, passing yards, attempts, completions and touchdowns.
Since retiring, Kelly has returned home and worked with broadcasting Tennessee football games.
