KNOXVILLE - For the 13th straight season, Tennessee softball will host an NCAA Regional in Knoxville. The Vols 44-10 record earned them the No. 8 national seed and a chance to host a Super Regional next weekend, if they can get past the first round.
The teams in the Knoxville Regional include Tennessee, Ohio State, Longwood and USC Upstate.
The Regional begins Friday May 19. Ohio State will play USC Upstate at 4:30 p.m.
Tennessee will play Longwood at 7 p.m. That game will also be available on ESPN2.

The SEC made history on Sunday night as well. For the first time ever, all 13 SEC teams will be participating in the NCAA Softball Championship tournament.
ETSU JOINS THE PARTY
One more Tennessee team will be having fun in May. East Tennessee State will play in its first softball NCAA tournament in program history. The Bucs clinched an automatic tournament berth after winning the Southern Conference tournament on Saturday, beating Samford 6-0.
East Tennessee will travel to No.7 Auburn for its Regional. ETSU will play the Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The game will be broadcasted live on ESPNU.
