A festival-filled weekend will bring great food, music and even reptiles to East Tennessee.

Here are the main events on tap for this weekend:

Friday

Knoxville Symphony Orchestra

Knoxville Symphony Orchestra performs at the Tennessee Theatre on Friday. The evening's music includes Beethoven's piano concerto No. 4. For tickets and showtimes checkout tennesseetheatre.com.

Titans Caravan

Titans fans don't want to miss wide receivers Kendall Wright and Justin Hunter at Academy Sports on Friday. The Titans Caravan is in town with an opportunity to meet this talented duo. Autograph signing starts at 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday

Sevierville's Bloomin' BBQ & Bluegrass

Sevierville's Bloomin' BBQ & Bluegrass festival kicks off Friday downtown and goes through Saturday. The best part - it's free.

Repticon

See lots of reptiles and exotic animals at Repticon in the Knoxville Expo Center Saturday and Sunday. Doors open at 10 a.m.

Scottish Festival and Games

The Smoky Mountains will transform into the Highlands at this weekend's Scottish Festival and Games. Scottish food, music and competition will take center stage. The festival starts Friday and runs through Sunday at Maryville College.

Open Art Show

Farragut will host its Open Art Show this weekend at the Farragut Town Hall. More than 100 pieces of art will be on display paired with unique floral arrangements. The event runs Friday from 1 - 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

International Biscuit Festival

If you love biscuits then you'll want to attend the International Biscuit Festival. The main festivities kick off Saturday at 9 a.m. The festival ends Sunday. On Saturday, the Biscuit Boulevard Tasting Area starts at 9 a.m. in Market Square. The Biscuit Bazzar Vender Area starts at 9 a.m. on Clinch Avenue. Mead's Quarry tours

Take an adventure on Mead's Quarry Friday through Sunday. You can rent canoe, kayak and paddleboard tours at Ijams Nature Center. Equipment is available on a first come, first served basis. Rentals are $11 per hour or $35 all day.

Saturday only

Children's Festival of Reading

The Knox County Public Library's 10th annual Children's Festival of Reading will be at the World's Fair Park starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Admission is free.

Kenny Rodgers headlines the "Stars on Stage"

Legendary artist Kenny Rodgers will headline the annual "Stars on Stage" fundraiser at the Tennessee Theatre. The show is Saturday at 7 p.m. Regular admission starts at $57. All proceeds benefit the historic theatre.

"Portugal. The Man" performs at the Bijou Theatre

Alaskan positive-vibe, psych-pop band, "Portugal. The Man," will perform in the Bijou Theatre Saturday night. Quiet Life will also be on hand for a night of entertainment. Tickets are $25. Show starts at 8 p.m.

"The Yanks with Jamie Laval"

"The Yanks with Jamie Laval" will perform in The Square Room Saturday at 8 p.m. Some critics have labeled this group as the next Irish American dream team.
