The Band Perry didn't want to bug their fans about the "Teen Choice Awards," but they really wanted them to log on to www.teenchoiceawards.com and vote for them for Choice Country Group.

The "Teen Choice Awards" air at 7 p.m. CT Sunday, August 10 on FOX, and the Perrys made short 'Sorry to bug you' videos to gently remind fans about the awards show.

"Me, Neil and our online guy came up with that idea," said Reid Perry. "We were like, 'What's a way to get out the votes, but not be annoying?' We were like, 'Let's be annoying, but lets own up to it.' And, I think fans are getting a kick out of it."

Kimberly Perry said she and her brothers Neil and Reid Perry are honored by the nomination and looking forward to going to the awards show on Sunday. They are also presenters.

"Things begin and end with the fans for us," she said. "I love the fan voted awards where not only do you get the nomination, but it gives the fans a voice and lets them decide who their favorite country group of the year is. We've never been to the awards show and we just can't wait to be a part of that whole evening."
