(WBIR) More than 30 restaurants are teaming up once again to offer special menus to customers, while also helping fight hunger in East Tennessee.
As part of Knoxville Restaurant Week, many area restaurants are offering fixed-price, three-course menus for $25 or $35. For each dinner purchased, $5 will be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee.
According to its website, since 2011, proceeds from Knoxville Restaurant Week has helped provide meals to more than 250,000 people in our area.
Restaurant Week runs Sunday March 2nd through Friday March 7th.
Each of the special dinners will be offered for either $25 or $35. Making reservations ahead of time is highly recommended.
