Ingredients:

2 cups of fresh chopped strawberries

4 cups of granulated sugar

(Mix strawberries and sugar to coat)

1 pkg sure jell

3/4 cup water

( dissolve sure jell in water)

Directions:

Heat sure jell mixture on stove top until boiling. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Pour over sugared strawberries and mix until sugar is almost dissolved. Pour into clean 8 oz jelly jars w lids. Let set on counter for 2-3 hrs. Place in freezer for up to 1 yr. put in refrigerator to thaw as needed. Keeps up to 3 weeks.

Makes 4 jars.
