ORANGE GLAZE FOR HAM
1 Spiral Sliced Ham
8 ounces of orange marmalade
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 orange zested
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Pour Glaze over ham and cook according to
directions on the package.
DR. PEPPER GLAZE FOR HAM
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
6 ounces Dr. Pepper
1 1/2 tblsp. apple cider vinegar
Heat the brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and Dr. pepper in
a small saucepan until bubbly. Cook until mixture is reduced
a bit and thicker, about 15 minutes.
Brush the glaze over the ham and bake according to package direction
