Roasted Cashew Caramel Sea Salt Cannoli

Ingredients:

2 cups Ricotta Cheese

1 cup Mascarpone cheese

2 tsp. vanilla extract

½ cup caramel

¾ cup powdered sugar

½ cashews

1 tsp. sea salt

6 cannoli shells

Directions:

In a large bowl combine Ricotta, Mascarpone, vanilla, sugar, caramel, cashews and sea salt. Mix until combined and refrigerate for one hour. Fill Cannoli shells with filling. Garnish with caramel, powdered sugar and cashews.
