1 lb. chocolate chips

8 eggs

1/2 lb. unsalted butter

1/2 c. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. After chocolate is melted, remove from heat, keep warm.

In a separate mixing bowl whip eggs & vanilla together until just mixed. Slowly add chocolate mixture to eggs until all of chocolate is in bowl.

Grease a 9" spring form pan with butter or non-stick spray. Pour tort mixture into pan, bake in water bath for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
