1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
2 3/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
Melt butter with chocolate. Cool slightly. Add vanilla and sour cream. Whisk until smooth. Add powdered sugar gradually and stir until smooth after each addition. Frost cake or cup cakes.
Amaretto Toffee Frosting
1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip, thawed
2 tablespoons amaretto
1 bag Heath milk chocolate toffee bits
Mix Cool Whip and amaretto gently. Fold in toffee bits. Ice cake. Refrigerate until ready to use.
