1 boxed white cake mix
2 sticks melted butter, divided
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 & 1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 can pitted cherries in syrup
2 cups flour
¼ teaspoon salt
White chocolate for drizzle
Crumble: Mix flour, ¾ cup sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1 stick melted butter in bowl with a fork. Continue breaking mixture up by pressing fork through it until small crumbles have formed. Set aside for later.
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together: cake mix, 1 egg, 1 stick melted butter until combined. Press into bottom of greased 9 X 13 pan. Next whisk together until smooth ¾ cups sugar, cream cheese and syrup from cherries. Spread over cake mixture. Place cherries on top and press them into cream cheese. Cover whole pan evenly with crumble mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool then drizzle with white chocolate.
