Donuts and croissants? You get Cronuts.

Milk and cookies? Well, why change a classic?

Dominique Ansel, creator of decadent dreams and purveyor of swoon-worthy -- and hours-long-wait-in-line-worthy -- dessert concoctions, is at it again. He's created the Chocolate Chip Cookie Milk Shot.

Like Ansel's legendary Cronut, the Chocolate Chip Cookie Milk Shot is exactly as simple and genius as it sounds. It's a shot glass made out of a chocolate chip cookie, filled with milk. And the sweet trend is reported to be unveiled for gleeful human consumption Sunday at the SXSW Allison+Partners event.

That's good news for attendees of the annual tech and music fest but could mean an eternal wait for the rest of us.

It's OK, though. Until Ansel unveils his delectable innovation to the world yet again (or until the inevitable copycats pop up), there's always good old fashioned chocolate chip cookies best washed down with a cold glass of milk.
