2 envelopes Knox gelatine
Add gelatine to 2 cups water; stir and microwave till dissolved ( do this first so it can cool.) Add a little whipping cream to temper
2 cups ground flaxseed
4 TBS butter
For crust add butter to flaxseed and a squirt of sweetener and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
16 oz. Heavy whipping cream
2 sticks of cream cheese, softened
Liquid Stevia or monk fruit
1/4 cup cocoa powder or chocolate extract
Whip the whipping cream till thick. Add the cream cheese and beat till combined. Add cocoa powder, Knox gelatine and sweeten to taste. Poor into crust and chill.
