8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

4 teaspoons sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon cinnamon, optional

Plain (8-inch) flour tortillas

1 quart ripe strawberries, thinly sliced

1 small cantaloupe, thinly sliced

Bananas, halved lengthwise

Kiwi, sliced, if desired

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until very well blended and smooth. Spread each tortilla to the edges with cream cheese mixture. Add a layer strawberries, and then cantaloupe. Place half of the banana on the cantaloupe. Add kiwi, if using. Roll bottom one time, fold in sides; finish rolling. Chill at least 30 minutes. To serve: Cut in half on the diagonal.
