Kim Wilcox from It's All So Yummy Cafe makes a Butterscotch Peach Trifle.
Pound cake, brushed with Sugarlands Butterscotch Moonshine and cut into cubes
Vanilla Pudding or custard
Peaches fresh or frozen, thawed and marinated in Butterscotch Moonshine and pure cane sugar
Fresh whipped cream
Fresh mint for garnish
In your clear glass bowl, add about a third of the pound cake, then add a layer of the pudding/custard. Add a layer of peaches, arranging them around the edges so that it looks pretty. Add a thin layer of pecans. Repeat layers and top off with whipped cream. Garnish with fresh mint and peaches.
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
2 tsp of vanilla
Put all ingredients in large chilled bowl and beat until thick and soft peaks form
