Crust Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup sugar

pinch of salt

1 1/2 sticks butter - melted

Filling Ingredients:

1/2 cup peach puree - remove skin & pit of 2 peaches & puree in blender or food processor

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2 egg yolks

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

2 cups raspberries

Mix all crust ingredients together until moist. Press into bottom & sides of a 8x8 baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes. Let cool

Whisk together all filling ingredients except raspberries. Fold raspberries in last and pour over cooled crust. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely & top with whipped cream or powdered sugar.
