12 oz. crab meat
2 green onions, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
mayo to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Grill sourdough bread slices, then top with bacon, tomato, lettuce, crab meat salad; then top with 2nd piece of sourdough bread. Crab salad can also be served on top of your favorite salad greens, or in a cucumber boat.
