Ingredients:

For crepes:

1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup half and half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

For fruit mix:

1/2 bag of fresh cranberries
1 Gala Apple, diced
1 Granny Smith Apple
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple juice
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:

For crepes:

On a griddle, take 1/4 cup batter and smooth into circle.
Cook 1-2 minutes on each side.

For the fruit mixture:
In a glass bowl, microwave all ingredients together

Start bottom layer with crepe and layer with fruit spread. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
