Barbara Tenney makes winter white popcorn.

Ingredients:

14 cups popped popcorn
3 cups rice krispies
2 cups salted peanuts
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 lb. white chocolate wafers
2 tblsp. peanut butter

Directions:

Place the popcorn, Rice Krispies, peanuts and marshmallows in a large bowl.

Melt the white chocolate wafers in microwave on 50 % power or over simmering water.

Mix the peanut butter into the melted chocolate.

Pour the white chocolate mixture over the popcorn mixture and stir.

Place on 2 large baking pans and let the chocolate harden.

Break into pieces and serve.

Serves 8-10 and takes about 15 minutes to make.
