4 sticks of butter
1 1/2 bags of dark chocolate chips
2 cups sugar
1 tsp peppermint extract
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 2lb bag powder sugar
1 stick margarine
1 oz block cream cheese
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Melt butter and dark chocolate chips together. Let cool.
In a mixer blend eggs, sugar and peppermint extract. Add to chocolate mixture, then add flour, baking powder salt and 1/2 bag of chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 24-26 minutes.
Meanwhile mix powder sugar, margarine, cream cheese and 1/2 tsp peppermint extract.
Refrigerate to cool pan.
Top with icing mixture. Garnish with crushed peppermint.
