1 ½ cup flour

3 egg yolks

2 large russet potatoes (oven roasted at 350 for an hour then scrape the inside out and save)

Pinch salt and pepper

Food mill potato and make a bowl on a floured surface. Put ½ flour inside bowl. Put 3 egg yolks inside that. Put ½ cup flour on top of that. Season with salt and pepper. Do a 20 second chop with pastry knife. Roll into ball, then form gnocchi on the back of a fork (as shown on wbir)

Needed for this recipe: food mill, love for pasta
