(These amounts are for one serving)
4 oz each of popcorn shrimp and scallops
1/4 cup of mushrooms
1/4 cup of melted butter
1/4 cup of white wine
1/4 cup of chopped green onions
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
salt and black pepper to taste
In large skillet heat butter and wine, add mushroom and garlic, Add seafood, Salt and pepper to taste. Cook until seafood is completely cooked. Drain off all excess liquid. Return seafood and mushrooms back to skillet. Add white sauce (recipe below) and green onions; heat till serving temp. Pour over cooked pasta.
Serve with garlic bread and salad
Heat in double boiler 1/4 cup of butter, add 1/4 cup of flour stir well; add 1 quart of milk, a teaspoon of salt and black pepper. Cook until creamy, stir frequently. This will make large enough batch for several servings.
