2 pkgs. tortillas

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese at room temp

2 pkgs. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

1 small can chopped black olive

1 small jar chopped pimentos, well drained

3 small green onions, chopped

1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped

1 small can chopped green chilies, optional

Mix cream cheese and dressing mix. Spread a smooth layer on each tortilla. Sprinkle each with remaining ingredients. Roll up, jelly roll fashion, and refrigerate. To serve: slice into 1/2 inch pieces and place on serving platter.
