1 Bag Mung Bean Fettuccini Pasta
17oz. container Vegan Valley Alfredo Sauce
1 oz shredded cheese of choice (optional)
Cook and drain pasta. then put it back in warm pot on low to medium heat and add Alfredo sauce. Stir until warm and plate. Add cheese shreds on top if desired, and serve with salad.
Stoopid Good Celebration Salad:
1 each red, yellow, orange, and green pepper
1 small head red cabbage
1 small package portabella mushrooms
5 celery stalks
1 lb carrrots
Chop and shred all veggies to desired consistency and place in a bowl. Juice the lemon and lime and pour over. Add Farmer Boy Lite Greek Dressing. Toss well. Serve Chilled.
