1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

3 ounces corned beef, finely chopped

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons chili sauce

2 tablespoons pickle relish

1/2 cup sauerkraut, well drained

1/2 cup shredded Swiss for topping

Preheat oven to 400°. Spray a 6-cup baking dish with Pam. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, one cup Swiss, corned beef, mayonnaise, chili sauce, pickle relish and sauerkraut until well mixed. Spread evenly in the prepared dish. Top with the half cup of Swiss. Bake fifteen minutes or until edges are golden and the center is bubbling. Serve warm with bread sticks, cocktail rye or rye triangles.
