1/2 c. melted butter

1/4 c. White wine

1 tsp. Garlic, chopped

1/2 c. sliced mushrooms

Grouper fillets

Heat butter, white wine, chopped garlic, and mushrooms in a large skillet. Add grouper and season with salt, black pepper and garlic to taste. Just before fish is done add chopped green onions. Serve with salad, potatoes and hush puppies !!!
