Hummas vegetable wrap

For the hummas:

  • 1(19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, well drained
  • 1/2 cup water, approximately
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Puree beans in a food processor adding water as needed to make a pudding consistency. Add garlic, Tahiti, lemon juice and seasonings. Process until well mixed. Cover and chill. Enjoy as a dip or spread.

For the wrap:

  • Salad greens as desired.
  • Bell pepper slivers
  • Chopped black olives
  • Slivered onions
  • Thinly sliced mushrooms
  • Feta cheese crumbles
  • Any other vegetable you desire
  • Tortillas, your choice of Flavors

Spread a layer of humans over the tortilla. Add a layer of greens. Top with the vegetables of your choice. Roll up and cut into two or three equal pieces. Serve immediately.
