Recipe prepared by Chef Jason Milanich of the Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville University

Ingredients:

-
2 slices of Texas toast
2 slices Havarti cheese
1.5 oz. Chèvre (soft goat) cheese
Melted unsalted butter
1.5 oz. Strawberry jam
3 oz. smoked ham
2 slices tomato
4 slices cooked bacon

spread Chèvre evenly across one slice of Havarti & set aside

-Butter both sides of bread-heat skillet to medium high heat
-Toast bread in skillet to a light golden brown and flip.
-Approximately 1 mintue-place Havarti with Chèvre on one piece of bread and plain Havarti on the other
-Heat ham on both sides in skillet
-spread strawberry jam on plain side of Havarti
-place ham on goat cheese side of bread-once bread is golden brown put sandwich together, slice in half & enjoy
