Scott Williams makes a healthy lunch or appetizer!

Ingredients:

12" Baguette (any flavor)

Crushed garlic

Provolone cheese

Prosciutto

Avocado

Sea Salt

Mango

Preparation:

Cut baguette in half, then cut each horizontally. Spread garlic over each half; toast in the oven at 375* till slightly crisp, about 5 minutes. Add provolone over garlic; add prosciutto & toast for 3 minutes at 375*. Wash & cut avocado horizontally; top prosciutto. Grind fresh salt over avocado. Wash & cut mango into slices & add to the top.
