Sourdough bread

Spinach artichoke dip--see below

Pepper jelly

Bacon

Spinach Artichoke Dip:

1 cup thawed and drained frozen spinach

1 ½ - 2 cups of chopped artichokes

12 oz. room temp cream cheese

½ c. sour cream

½ c. mayo

½ c. grated parmesan cheese

2 tsp. hot sauce

1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

¼ - ½ tsp. sea salt

½ -1 tsp. garlic powder

Stir all ingredients together.

Get your griddle hot – butter two slices of sourdough bread. Put butter side down on hot griddle. One one slice spread the spinach artichoke dip and on the other slice spread some sweet pepper jelly. At the same time fry your bacon until desired crispiness. When the bread is browned, add the bacon to one slice. Close your sandwich – take off the griddle and ENJOY!
