1 Pound of 80/20 Ground Chuck
6-8 Ounces of Feta
6 Ounces Of Pickled Jalapenos
Salt & Pepper to Taste
8 Slices of bacon
Buns or Bread of your choosing
Grilled Caramelized Honey Onions
For Feta Bacon Burger combine feta cheese with one pound of the ground chuck. Create round patties about 4 ounces each to make 4 burgers; add salt & pepper to each side. Grill on a very hot grill,l or pan if your doing this indoors, to create a nice crust. Cook for about four to five minutes on each side depending on how you like your burgers cooked.
Cook the onions on medium high heat for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown; add a tablespoon of honey. Add the bacon and jalapenos when you build your burger. This puts a nice twist on a classic American burger.
