Ron Watkins, from the Grill at Highlands Row, shows us how to make his delicious spicy mac and cheese.

1/2 lb. butter

3/4 c. A.P. flour

5 c. milk

2 c. heavy cream

1 T. Worcestershire Sauce

1 T. dry mustard

1 T. kosher salt

1 T. fresh minced garlic

4 c. smoked cheddar

2 c. smoked gouda

1.2 c. Sriracha hot sauce

4 c. dry pasta

Cook pasta in salted boiling water till done. Drain.

In a separate pot, while pasta cooks. melt butter, mix with flour to make a roux. Add cream and milk, cook over medium heat until thick. Add everything else; cook until cheese melts. Mix with pasta and serve as is, or bake in a baking dish with buttered bread crumbs on top.
