Melissa Graves makes BBQ Pork ahead of a fundraiser.

8-12 lb. pork butt (bone in gives more flavor)

1/4 cup hickory liquid smoke

1 cup vinegar

2 cups water

Salt and pepper

Brown the pork roast; place in a roasting pan or crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour. (If using the oven, cook at 375 for 1 hour, then turn down to 300 degrees and cook overnight.) If using a crock pot, turn to medium heat after 1 hour and cook all night. The next morning it should fall apart. Add your favorite BBQ sauce and serve.
