Roast Cherry Tomatoes: In a pan, place 2 pints of cherry and grape tomatoes, halved with 1 T of olive oil, 3 minced garlic cloves 2 tsp. of balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp. of fresh oregano.
Put in preheated 450 oven for about 10 minutes.
For the crust you'll need
2 (1 lb.) loaves of frozen pizza dough
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
oregano and basil
marinara, pesto sauce
On a floured surface roll out the dough, cover and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Cut the dough into desired shapes. Mix the oil with basil and oregano and brush both sides of your dough. Prick with a fork
When your grill is warm, grill for about 2 minutes, turn and continue to grill, press them down to flatten. Top with a piece of cheese and let the cheese melt making sure your dough is cooked through. Top each round with desired toppings, serve warm or at room temp.
This can be done in a 450 oven as well.
