Make Ahead Breakfast Burritos:

1 lb bacon fried crispy

1 lb sausage cooked and crumbled

Shredded cheese

1 dozen eggs

1 T butter

12 large tortillas

Fry the bacon and the sausage, drain on a paper towel and set aside. Crumble both when cool. Put your eggs in a large bowl and whisk them.Get your frying pan hot and add the butter, pour the eggs in and scramble.

Optional - add onions, chives or chopped peppers to the eggs as they cook for more flavor.

When the eggs are done you are ready to assemble your burritos. Take a tortilla and put cheese on it followed by the meat of your choice and a scoop of eggs. Roll it up tight and wrap in clear plastic wrap and label it.

To serve remove the plastic wrap, place in a paper towel and microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

Smoothies:

Precut fresh fruit such as berries, bananas, peaches, pineapple Put one cup of fruit in a quart baggie and freeze.

For a quick smoothie grab a baggie and put in your blender with your choice of milk or yogurt
