4 lb Skinless Turkey Breast (serves 6-8)

Wet Rub
2 tsp. Brown Mustard
2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Dry Rub
1 T. Dark Brown Sugar (can use regular)
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 tsp. Celery Salt
1 tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Black Pepper
¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Glaze
4 T. Butter
3 T. Pure Maple Syrup
1 T. Honey

Directions: Apply wet rub to meat, then apply dry rub. Place in smoker at 250° for 2 ½ hours then glaze every 15 minutes for ½ hour or until internal temperature of the thickest part of the breast reaches 165°F. Total cooking time 3 hours ±.
