1 (8 ounce) container three cheese tortellini, cooked according to package directions, drained and cooled
3-4 cups steamed broccoli
2-3 cups baby greens
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Italian seasonings blend
Crisp bacon, chopped
Add broccoli florets to boiling pasta the last 3-5 minutes of cooking time. Drain well and chill.
Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, and seasonings. Add pasta and broccoli; stir gently. Toss with baby greens. Garnish with bacon.
