2 cups diced celery

1 cup diced onion

½ cup diced red pepper

¼ cup diced green pepper

2 cups diced cucumber

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup diced squash

½ cup diced zucchini

Mix all vegetables together in a bowl

Dressing

½ cup sweet relish

1 tablespoon salt

2 teaspoons black pepper

¼ cup vegetable oil

1 cup vinegar

1 cup sugar

Mix all ingredients and pour over salad

Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight
