Mendy Cobb, from UT Medical Center makes a classic dish with an asian twist!

1 pkg. angel hair slaw

1/2 c. vegetable oil

1/2 c. sugar

1/4 c. red wine vinegar

1 T. soy sauce

salt, pepper

Mix together and pour over the slaw. Better if allowed to marinate a little while before serving.

1 pkg. ramen noodles, crushed

1 pkg. slivered almonds

1 T. sesame seeds

Toast the ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds and spread over slaw just before serving.
