(WBIR-Townsend, Tenn.) If you follow WBIR's Facebook page you probably have seen his work. Several of our cover photos were shot on his camera.

Photographer Christopher Ewing is both a 10News viewer and a natural at capturing brilliant nature shots. The Townsend man owns DrivebyShotz Photography.

As an artist, this week's weather has been the perfect storm. Ewing loves capturing white powdered snow scenes that truly stand out.

"Snow is phenomenal as far as a play on light because it reflects light," the photographer told WBIR's Stoney Sharp. "You have to be real careful. You don't want to be in a very bright location because your photograph will be overexposed due to the snow. That is where knowing your camera settings come in handy."

Christopher Ewing has had a camera in his hand since the age of 9.

He first shot pictures with his car in motion, hence his company's name DrivebyShotz.
