(WBIR) A company with more than a century of history in East Tennessee is planning to invest $3 million and add 27 new jobs to the area.
Fulton Bellows, LLC made the announcement Thursday along with the Tennessee Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty.
The company, described as the oldest manufacturer of seamless metal bellows, will be relocating and integrating new equipment into its Knoxville facility.
Its products are used in a variety of industries including aerospace and defense, industrial, automotive and medical.
Fulton Bellows got its start in Knoxville back in 1904 as the Fulton Sylphon Company.
