Past victims of a suspect arrested for killing his in-laws with a bomb say money motivated the man.
Police arrested Richard Parker Thursday. He's facing murder charges in the deaths of Jon and Marion Setzer. Police say Parker sent a package to their Nashville home which exploded Monday and killed them.
New details in the suspect's past show he paid a $40,000 fine and received four years of probation for burning down a house in 1990.
The victims in that case say Jon Setzer represented his son-in-law for the case.
They believe Parker was in over his head financially, and that money motivated him to kill his in-laws.
