(WBIR) Pilot Flying J was back in court Friday, hoping to consolidate more civil lawsuits it's facing.

Friday's hearing in San Diego comes after federal officials raided Pilot's headquarters in Knoxville in April 2013. The raid was part of a federal investigation into claims that it withheld money owed to trucking companies in a fuel rebate program.

Nearly a dozen former Pilot employees have pleaded guilty to various fraud charges.

In January, Pilot said it's paid any potential discrepancy plus six percent interest to 95 percent of its customers.
