An airline is ending its flights from East Tennessee to the Windy City less than three months after they first began.

Frontier Airlines is discontinuing its non-stop service from Knoxville to Chicago after September 2nd, according to the company's website. The flights were part of seasonal service that began back in June.

We first found out about the change after we heard from viewers who received calls telling them their flights for after September 2nd have been canceled.

We reached out to Frontier Airlines for more information, but they have yet to contact us back.
